I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto an A5 card.I added an insert into the card and the layers using sticky pads.
You can have Happy Father's Day instead of Happy Birthday and Mum. Dad, Daughter.
Son, Sister, Brother, Aunt or Uncle on the number plate. Just let me know.
