I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage and added the "Happy Birthday" message at the bottom left corner.

I cut out all elements and layered decoupage with foam tape. I mounted on a white card front. I made a thank you tag to place on front. I used liquid pearls and glitter glue to accent the design
