A lovely feminine design!

I printed it out on to CUP glossy paper.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I then decoupaged the cakes twice using foam pads.I added one of the extra balloon sets and added the" cupcake birthday" title.The cakes and Happy Birthday balloons I mounted inside the card.I finished by addding ribbons and card candi.
