I wanted to use this card for someone that had reached his goal but did not take the traditional path to get there.

I printed my text on the blank label provided and made an additional label.

I then printed the design on quality cardstock and used foam pads to decoupage. The card front was adhered, with double sided tape, to a cream card. This was the perfect card to say "Congratulations" in a humorous manner.
