Happy Birthday Steam Punk -blueCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a blue card, i then added a black border round the outside edges of the design and the inner frame, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective when done.
