Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and usied DST to attach the Topper to an 8 inch, scalloped edge card.

I used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used different coloured and size gems on aspects of the card.

I like this Design, especially the name, it is great idea. It makes into a special card.
