this is a silver background with a layered heart in the middle added to an 8 x 8 card using double-sided tape with A Happy Birthday greeting on the red heart in the middle in white.

I then cut out the pink and red roses and lovely blue butterfly and added to the heart using foam pads..

Lovely card great for a group to sign .
