Colourful 'Happy 16th, 17th & 18th Birthday' Decoupage Topper.
There are all the decoupage elements on this sheet as well as 3 x 'Birthday Age' Panels & 1 x Blank Panel that can be cut out & attach to the laptop image & then positioned on to the card front.
I have designed a collection of these birthday toppers ranging from 10 - 18 in age.

This design was printed on to matte photo paper to fit an A5 card. I cut it all out then placed a diagonal coordinating paper on the card front then adhered the main image to it with foam tape.
Used foam pads for all the other elements.
