Happy 40th Birthday Pink Balloons 7x7ins Decoupage TopperCompleted by Pauline Inglis

This is a pretty pink birthday card cut out the main image of a pink background frame with lots of balloons and sparklers and a pink spotty border added to an 8 x 8 card using double-sided tape to leave a white border.

The card has 40 today cut and added with foam pads with 2 balloons. The frame is decorated with a bottle of bubbly and two glasses and a Happy 40th Birthday banner added with foam pads chosen from a few different greetings.
