Dancing Birthday Decoupage Topper 4 BlackCompleted by Anita Henery

The design wavs printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.

I then added a coordinating panel to a 7x7 card.

The main image was adhered on the top with foam tape.

The other elements were added with foam pads to give the card height.

To finish the card I added a peel off border, a matching bow, a sentiment tag will be added once I know who it’s for

and a printed verse inside.
