Cupcake Celebration - Decoupage CardCompleted by Giselle Topper

This sheet just caught my eye and knew it had to be in my collection...but when I made it up, whoa - it was just so, words could not describe. I just loved it all the more! So quick and easy to whip up - printed out the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted them with foam tape, found a matching Stampin' Up cardstock and created the card base which I adhered the base topper to, with DST. Used two of the sentiment tags slightly off set for added dimension. Wow! Now my next step is to make a couple more to have on hand for the last minute invitation - you definitely need to have some on hand. The colours are just so perfect! Make yours today...
