I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card with punched edge.
I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments. I added some small pink pearls to the centres of the flowers in the punched edge.
This design doesn't need dressing up it's beautiful as it is. Lovely decoupage, easy cutting, a must have!
