Chocolate Birthday Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design after printing it out onto photo paper, and cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and finishing off with the friend tag which i placed at the top left, this is a terrific, fun design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
