I attached the main picture to an A5 card blank and added the decoupage layers with foam pads. I also added a holographic border and glitter to the candle flames.

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image on to a white A5 card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel. Used foam pads to add the card candi to finish.

This is a VERY cute Birthday card! I printed on heavy cardstock and cut parts out. I layered by card with a red and yellow checked paper.I then assembled the base, attaching balloons and presents with 3d foam.
I attached the base to the card with 3d foam.
