Birthday Cupcakes - Eat More Cake Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to handmade paper, frayed around the edges, then on to a 14cms card. Layered all elements. Added beads for sprinkles, a gem flower, a ribbon knot and pearls. A gorgeous design for any age.
