Birthday CakeCompleted by Pauline Inglis

This is a lovely easy birthday card to make using an A 5 white card blank leaving a white border cut and add the background image using double-sided tape.

I then cut out the layers and added on top using foam pads to give a 3 d effect.I then chose the Happy birthday message and added to the front using foam pads.
