Birthday Balloons - PinkCompleted by Denise Mynard

I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto black card and made up decoupage. I punched around an 8x8 inch piece of pink card and used foam pads to mount it onto an 8x8 card blank.

I used double sided tape to stick the card topper to the card base. Then I used iridescent glitter on the lighter parts of the topper. This is a very quick card to make.
