Belated Turtle Decoupage

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring the colours out more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base in the centre of a cream card, then i finished my card by making up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, i used the sentiment sorry its late, and placed this at the top left, this is a terrific, bright, fun design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
