A Cupcake Birthday Step-by-step
A lovely cupcake bear card front. I have designed this sheet to make a birthday card suitable for family & friends on their birthday's. I have included all the elements you will need to build up the decoupage layers. You can use either silicone glue/foam pads to achieve this.

i layered the main image sheet onto a pink card base and added the decoupaged elements.i used 3d crystal lacquer on the cupcake decoration and added a little clear glitter to the candle flame and the pom-pom on the teddy`s hat and to finish i added little white dots around the outer edge of the card
