Childrens 5th Birthday Decoupage Card FrontCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design to wish a 5yr old a happy birthday, this design was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning once done.
