Birthday Cupcake

I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main topper first onto black then blue card. I glued the topper onto an A5 blank card.

I used a mixture of foam pads and glue gel to build up the topper. I used iridescent glitter on the balloons and the frosting on the cup cake; I used different colour glitters on the little heats on the cup cake; and gold on the candle.

This was a lovely easy card to make.
