21st Birthday Celebration 2
A lovely Blue Balloons card front, with a Pearl frame. A Bottle of Champagne and Glasses inside and Silver Glitter 21. With extra layers to decoupage. This makes a very pretty A5 21st Birthday card.

I printed onto glossy photo paper, put double sides tape onto the back of the topper, matted onto my base card, added pearls around the centre, added the decoupage, inserted the matching insert
Approx size of card 8 in x 6 in
I printed the sheet onto good quality gloss photo paper and cut out the elements. I used an A4 sheet of blue glitter card as the base card, folded in half to make an A5 card.
I then matted using silver mirri card adhered with double sided tape and then matted the main image again using double sided tape.
I decoupaged the elements using glue gel and then finished off by embellishing the centre image by adding white flat backed pearls, added silver glitter to the numbers and a dark blue glitter to Happy Birthday to make it stand out.
A really super sparkly card and lovely to make.
