Vince Knows About DIY
A decoupage sheet featuring Vince who is an expert on DIY I think we all know one of them, his advice is,..... you only need two tools in life WD 40 and duct tape ..... If it doesn't move and should use WD 40, if it shouldn't move and does use duct tape. WOW what advice there our Vince. happy birthday tag also provided.

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light green C5 card, i then added a black border all round the outside edges of the design, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific fun design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
