Made this up at craft club this afternoon and gave everyone a big laugh!!!
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card. I added the layers using sticky pads.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card base using DST and added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect.
