Sea Scene Topper

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam pads. I added the greeting using thin foam pads. A beautiful card when finished.
