Gus When Things Don't Work
a decoupage sheet featuring Gus who is stood with his pipe thinking about getting older, his comment being......You know you?re getting older when?. Anything that doesn?t hurt doesn't work.

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a cream C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design with Gus, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed onto smooth card and cut out the parts. i attached the base image to a C5 craft card with DST and edged with a decorative gold border.
I added a double border top and bottom. I decoupaged with silcone gel, added the text and sentiment with 2mm foam.
I used turquoise nail heads for the nails and glossy accents for,Gus's slippers,belt, the key ring and nails. I gave a touch of orange stickles to the pipe.I finished with 3 mini gold stars,below the greeting,because I think he deserves them!!!!
