Gus Looking Good at the Beach DecoupageCompleted by Tracy Priddle

I made up the design and attached to turquoise blue card. I edged the design with holographic peel offs. I simply added a happy birthday sentiment which was mat and layered onto pale blue pearlescent card and stuck to the bottom of the design.

I then used blue glitter to just go over the waters edge and it gives a great look to finish the card.

This is a real fun card to give.
