I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape

Printed onto matt paper and cut out design, assembled parts with foam pads and mounted image onto blue backing paper then onto blue card with glue.
Used same colours for the greeting and attached with foam pads. Love this card, sold quite well at a charity fair recently.
