I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
To complete the card I added the birthday greeting to the bottom left.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added liquid silver pearls to all the stethoscopes. I have kept this card pretty simple....will add a sentiment when needed
