I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base layer onto silver holographic mirror card and added a die cut greeting then used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with foam pads and added stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
