After downloading I printed this onto my cream card twice. I cut out and layered the original copy onto brown card which I scored and folded to use as the base the card. I then cut out in addition the bottles and cans and also layered these on top using double sided self adhesive foam pads. On the inside on cream paper which I cut to size I printed the verse -

This I then stuck inside the card using double sided self adhesive tape.
