A great design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape

Printed on 250 g Silky Smooth Ultra White card. I used 2 copies of the main design sheet to achieve this look. Layer one, kits own design sheet, Layer two fussy cut around the runner, then continued with kits own decoupage.
I mounted onto patterned card, then a blue pearlised main card.
To finish I used stick on red gems and my own die cut sentiment , using card design I mounted topper onto.
