With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then I cut out all the elements and placed the design base onto the front of a blue checked C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads.

I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to dark blue card, then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added card candi to embellish. A design that's sure to raise a giggle......
