I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I matted the base image onto a contrasting dark blue card and mounted onto a white card blank.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I applied Glossy Accents to the centre of the flowers on the image and around the frame.

I added a Happy Birthday from a die cut from the same dark blue card as the mat. This is a very cute image with deep decoupage, I love the blue and the brown together. I have tried to show the depth of the decoupage on the second image.
