Vintage Steampunk LadyCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the various pieces. Onto an olive green square card I layered a circle of black patterned paper and then the image over that.

I used black felt die-cut embellishments and some faux pearls, then attached the tag with a brad. Finally I added glitter highlights to parts of the circle. This is a terrific design that could be used for vintage car or fashion lovers, or just those into steampunk!
