Copied to matte photo paper and cut out. I matted a green fibre piece to navy blue card stock and decorated with gold sparkle dots. Matted base to prepared card. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. Put a blank greeting plaque at the top. Used peel-off border strips. I then used Stickles Pink Pearl on the jacket and hat. Stickles frosted lace on the lace of her dress and hat
