Vintage Hat Beauty

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pale yellow pearl C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done

I printed onto smooth white card and cut out all the elements, I added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, lovely elegant design.
