Vintage Blue Lady Scallop EdgeCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto some decoupage paper,mounted it to the front of an A5 card,then cut up the scalloped edge,i then took a sheet of vivid blue paper ,opened the card and stuck the paper onto the right hand side ,then close the card and insert shows,added a maching blue ribbon wound twice around the spine of the card and tie a bow at the front then i went around the inside with a silver border,and up the scalloped edge with blue teardrop gems.
