Time for Tea Step by Step Decoupage with ButterfliesCompleted by Ann Ramsell- Panniescrafts

This is a really beautiful card, sure to be really popular. I have printed out on to glossy photo paper then cut out. I have matted the base to silver mirri card and adhered to a 7 x 5 card base.

I added the layers using 3d Fixers and a felt border to the left with DST. I finished with lilac pearls and frosted lace glitter glue to flowers and ribbons. The butterflies were added using silicon glue and frosted again with pearl blue and icicle glitter glue. Simply stunning.
