has happy birthday tag on the topper but I have also provided a seperate tag with the words.... Police women know how to use their handcuffs, for those that want a humourous slant on the topper

With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, then added a blue border all round the outside edges of the design, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and finishing off placing the sentiment at the top left, this i a terrific, fun design to send to a man, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
