I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto blue ice mirror card, then onto gold mirror card, added a blue feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3Dglue gel & used Diamond, Star Dust & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some sparkle.
