This is a really beautiful image. I took this sheet into a graphics program and cropped part of the frame to stretch into the backing paper.

This ensured a perfect match.

I printed a Birthday sentiment onto a small piece and cut the rest to fit the front of an A4 card less 1cm.

Onto the front of the card I attached an A5 piece of blue Mirror card and added the backing paper.

I cut a piece of the same blue mirror card 14 x 10.5cm and placed this behind the main picture like a frame.

I added the decoupage and put the sentiment onto the left over blue mirror card and trimmed to leave a small edge. the sentiment I added to bottom corner of the card.
