I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo card and cut out the elements. I then attached the decoupage pieces using foam pads, offsetting the large flower. I added stick-on crystals to the centre of the flowers and mounted the finished piece on white, textured card.

I used the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment to finish it off. This is a quick and cute card to make - 'butter wouldn't melt in her mouth'!
