a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is looking fab in her red hat her comment being.... We may be getting older but we're still hot only now it comes in flashes! perfect for all those red hatters out there

I printed this sheet onto gloss photo paper, i then placed it onto a main sheet of card then assembled it together with foam pads, i added gold outline stickers and gems, this is a great character to make up,
I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, To complete I added tiny faux pearls to the flourish, everyone loves a smile.
I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto red card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
