Stella's a MeteorologistCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, then i made up the design, this i did using 3mm sticky pads, this is a terrific Stella design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
