Stella is Wealthy
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is celebrating her birthday her comment being.... OMG I'm rich.... Silver in my hair, gold in my teeth, lead in the butt and an inexhaustible supply of natural gas... I never dreamt I would accumulate so much wealth.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, I then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design and the stella frame, to finish my card I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed this design on to graphic card and cut out all the elements, I placed the main picture on to a C5 card and around the edges I placed a pink scalloped edging, I added the rest of the elements using 2mm sticky pads and in the corners of the main picture I placed a pink pearl and also in the corners of the greeting.
I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto blue card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
