I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card, I added the layers using sticky pads and used some 'stickles' on the 'diamonds'

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. I cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
