a large humourous decoupage sheet in which Stella is proudly sporting her big red hat as she a member of the red hat brigade and she says Red hats are just like men's tools... the bigger the better! and of course she means their hammer and saw, excellent for the red hat lady (over 50) with a good sense of humour

Printed the sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the images. Made an A5 white card and stuck the main image onto it with DST. Decoupaged the remaining images using foam pads, also the wording.
Edged the main image with narrow red peel offs, and used a few gem dots to finish off.
