Stella Has Power Surges DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionHumorous / Humourous
I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a floral patterned paper, scalloped the edges, then placed on to a pink card.
Layered all elements, and finished with pink pearls and a polka dot bow. Hilarious!
