With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the design base onto the front of a red polka dot C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed onto smooth white card and cut out,I added the base design to a blank card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, and completed with a little glitter to the flowers, Love that sentiment.
